Patrick Orayi Whyte was born and raised in Lagos, Nigeria. Following the call of God on his life, Patrick discontinued his Legal studies and accepted a basketball scholarship to Union University in Jackson, Tennessee. Upon completion of his Bachelor of Arts degree in Biblical Studies, he went on to attend The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky graduating with a Master of Divinity degree from the Billy Graham School of Missions, Evangelism, and Church Growth.
